an update on COVID-19

Here at shedkm we have been very closely monitoring the coronavirus pandemic and we would like to update you on how we’re committed to ensuring minimum service disruption through these unprecedented times.

Our team’s health and wellbeing is incredibly important to us and, further to the latest Government advice, we are now working towards implementing working from home facilities for everyone. This transition has now been made in London where infection has grown quicker than the regions and Liverpool have conducted a trial to ensure this can be a successful next move.

With effect from Monday 23rd March the full shedkm strategy will be implemented and all of our staff will safely be able to work from home.

A divert system is being set up to manage telephone calls to both studios, all staff will be contactable by email/telephone as usual and in addition to this we are using Microsoft Teams and Skype to keep disruption to a minimum and ensure all internal and external communication continues.

Our aim is to maintain the level of service that you have become accustomed to and we are doing everything we can to ensure this is the case. We remain fully committed to our projects and are collaborating internally daily in order to meet project demands whilst ensuring that we join the world’s population to take measures to address this tragic disease.
