As we come to the end of 2025, we’re looking back on a big year for the people we work with, the places we transform, and the impacts we have.
This year we held our first EO day, sharing the progress of our internal specialist ateliers and their collective contribution to our vision.
We completed our first year of shedkm women in property (SWIP) – bringing the whole practice together to strengthen our team’s inclusivity and ongoing development so everyone can thrive.
We continued to support the next generation nationwide through sponsorships and placements with Regeneration Brainery, Build The Way, and Placed.
Our regional footprint continues to grow, with a new office on the South Coast in Hastings, growth in Manchester, and the continued stewardship of Liverpool and London. We’re deepening our One Practice approach through regional and socially regenerative projects across the UK – in and beyond major cities.
Looking to 2026, our values continue to guide us as we work across regions on a growing diversity of typologies and sectors. We relish the challenge and privilege of creating meaningful impacts on places and people through our national perspective on regeneration.
