homework
Homework is an anthology of shedkm's many and varied housing projects; the inventive and often ground-breaking re-use and regeneration of redundant buildings, the first fully prefabricated apartments for the private sector and our current fascination, the development of new concepts for that most familiar of dwellings: the terraced house.
downloadofficework
From speculative regeneration projects to a bespoke headquarters building, over the last decade shedkm has refined its imaginative and cost effective approach to creating high quality office environments. The featured projects have a common thread. None have benefited from lavish budgets but a great return has been realised by the thoughtful application of limited resources: high architecture with added value.
downloadyellow book
The first five years proved the point - from nothing to a sixteen strong studio - from no projects to several large completions and a book full of ongoing work. This celebratory publication gives a glimpse of the result - mainstream modern architecture built and in use - projects under design and construction - some dreams and now, many realities.
blue book
The blue book celebrated shedkm's eighth year in practice by compiling a series of images of projects completed, plus a glimpse of what was to come. The book attempts to encapsulate visually the difficult to define ethos which drives the studio with its enthusiasm for modern architecture.
downloadred book
The red book completed the 3 colour set of shedkm mini monograph's and celebrated the studio?s successful programme of projects completed from 1998-2008 via a trilogy of projects of differing scales and purpose.
