the role
to join our London team of directors, associates and architects working on a portfolio of masterplan, residential and commercial projects. You will have experience of working in project teams, liaising with clients and contractors. You need to be highly proficient in Vectorworks and Revit and have project experience of stage 3+ delivery.
skills and experience
- Minimum of three years’ post part iii experience in practice
- Experience of all work stages, delivering projects and working in Vectorworks and Revit
- Ability to demonstrate a good level of detail competency in their application
- Knowledge of the UK construction industry
- Understanding of and involvement in a range of project types across varying scales and levels complexity
- Familiarity of relevant UK building standards
- Appreciation of shedkm’s design ethos
- Great communication skills, both client facing and knowledge share within the practice
- Ambition and enthusiasm to further your career and to mentor junior members of the studio
