Dave co-founded shedkm in 1997, leading on many projects including Matchworks, Collegiate and Southport Pier Pavilion, in his beloved Liverpool. His approach – reflective of his character – came to be recognisable across a body of work; carefully crafted, contemporary and playful with a bold use of colour.  

Dave demonstrated a life-long commitment to nurturing talent and participating in the creation of simple, high-quality architectural design. His work with the practice leaves a lasting legacy, influencing our on-going approach to urban regeneration, heritage, and clear, crisp modern interventions.
