Cesc joined shedkm in 2016 as an experienced Architect and was appointed Director of the London studio in 2023, supporting the senior team in the South and helping to lead a consistent approach across shedkm’s One Practice model. He works closely with Director Alex Flint, who has led the studio’s growth for over 10 years.
Cesc has over 25 years’ experience delivering projects of all scales and typologies, from inception to completion, giving him strong design and technical expertise.
From the London studio, he leads on technical matters across the practice, driving the implementation of the BRPD role and working with the Technical Director to ensure consistency in internal operations and project delivery. After leading shedkm’s net-zero MMC housing project for Elkins Construction and Greenwich Builds, he continues to evolve our MMC expertise, working with new clients and developing new products.
