Kate joined shedkm in 2017 as Finance Manager and oversees all financial matters within the practice. She plays a key support role, providing Directors with project cost forecasting, fee management, financial information for bids and surveys, and analysis of overheads.

Kate supports overall practice health by managing cashflow, liaising with clients for monthly invoicing, and working with external accountants on annual accounts and tax returns.

She is CIMA qualified and has experience in both the public and private sector. Known for her reliability, flexibility and problem-solving skills, Kate ensures the financial side of the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
