Laura joined shedkm in 2017 as Practice Manager, working alongside Directors, the Finance Manager and Head of People and Culture to champion a unified One Practice ethos. Calm and focused, she motivates teams across Liverpool, London and Manchester.

With over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, Laura supports a collaborative and forward-thinking studio culture. Based in Liverpool, her responsibilities span HR, recruitment, payroll, IT support and daily operations. She is currently developing initiatives to reduce the practice’s carbon footprint.

Laura is custodian of the practice’s knowledge base and database, helping to systematise knowledge sharing and promote best practice.
