external communications lead

As external communications lead, Merry works closely with press, client teams and associated organisations to promote shedkm and its portfolio both within the industry and to the wider public.

She manages the communications strategy for the practice, a programme of events, campaigns and awards and is responsible for the practice’s digital platforms including web and social media.

Merry trained as a journalist and is a skilled writer. She has worked in various national and international PR and communications roles across charity, events, and architecture, including as New London Architecture’s Communications Manager, where she gained a strong understanding of the built environment sector and its landscape within the media.
