Social housing for the Royal Borough of Greenwich constructed entirely from offsite methods of manufacturing. the scheme exceptionally benchmarks high environmental credentials.
23 – 2022, AJ100 Awards
shedkm won ‘New Member of the Year’ and the ‘Building of the Year’ award for Circus Street at the AJ100 Awards. Also shortlisted for ‘Practice of the Year’ and ‘Community Impact of the Year’ and placed #82 in the rankings.
24 – 2022, Crusader, Manchester
A 200 year old mill transformed into 126 modern apartments for the private market and offered to locals first to maximise the benefits of creating an owner-occupier community.
