Andy joined shedkm in 2020, and has become a vital part of shedkm’s delivery team leading 3 Copper Square, the first office building in Brent Cross Town with innovative hybrid cross-laminated timber and concrete structure.
In addition Andy has been involved with the development of the Greenwich Builds affordable housing project, successfully leading the development of two key sites at Orangery Lane and Kingsdale Road through planning and stage four.
With a passion for high quality design and delivery, Andy brings a wealth of experience across sectors including theatres, galleries and education, and buildings across all age ranges and commercial offices across the UK and in the EU.
Andy has previously been involved as a guest critic at Kingston University Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture and acted as a shortlisting judge for the RIBA Awards.
