Andy joined shedkm in 2020, and has primarily been involved with the development of the Greenwich Builds affordable housing project, successfully leading the development of two key sites at Orangery Lane and Kingsdale Road through planning and stage four.
With a passion for high quality design and delivery, Andy brings a wealth of experience across sectors including theatres, galleries and education, and buildings across all age ranges and commercial offices across the UK and in the EU. He is currently studying to become a WELL Institute Accredited Professional.
Andy has previously been involved as a guest critic at Kingston University Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture and acted as a shortlisting judge for the RIBA Awards.
