16 – 2014, House for an Art Lover
A simple two-storey villa surrounded by mature trees. the house divides the garden into four quadrants, each with a different theme. internally spaces are arranged around a bright and airy gallery space, accommodating the owner’s love of art.
17 – 2015, Town House at New Islington, Manchester
A mixed community providing a variety of 43 MMC Town Houses in a mixture of two- and three-storey sizes, arranged in short terraces facing onto the canal and to existing and new streets.
18 – 2018, Bunker, Liverpool
A disused storage building remodelled to provide flexible office space. the character of the building was retained by pulling in the new building line to accentuate the existing concrete frame, contrasted by shedkm yellow vent panels.
19 – 2018, One Ruskin Square, London
The first commercial building designed by shedkm within the Ruskin Square masterplan. A signature building in a contemporary style providing flexibility for its tenants in Croydon.
20 – 2020, Kampus, Manchester
shedkm regenerated two Victorian warehouses to create apartment housing for rent in a vibrant new residential garden community.
